I have 2 different Microsoft accounts, when I login to Microsoft Bitwarden pops up one login option, can’t figure out an easier way to get logged into the other account without opening my vault copying and pasting my credentials for the other .

If you compare both your MS login items in your BW vault: the login item that doesn’t show up for autofill probably lacks the correct URIs/URLs in the “Autofill options” section of View Login / Edit Login. (–> you probably can copy those URIs from your login item that does show up for autofill)
