Moving TO bitwarden.com

I currently use Vaultwarden to self-host Bitwarden. For a variety of reasons, I want to move my family to a Family plan on bitwarden.com.

Has anyone done that move? Any points to keep in mind?

For the context, we use two Organizations spread among 5 family members
