In Bitwarden, I click the badge/shield icon and search for an item and select it.
Sometimes the “Move to organization” choice shows up and sometimes it does not.
The work around is to select edit, and then Collections appears and I can click on that and see a list of collections in the organization and select a collection (or deselect a collection) to move an item to a specific collection.
My question is why is the choice Move to organization sometimes missing when viewing an item?
I think i just figured it out at least for myself, as I have also had this issue. I had selected my vault first instead of (my organization name), after which I couldnt select move to organization. By default creating item with that selected first put it in my group (whatever it is called) and otherwise I think it was in a “bucket that doesnt share”
