Hi. We’ve been using Bitwarden for about 8 months for our non-profit team of about 13 people.
Twice now I have invited staff to join as a member, and have walked them through the invite, setting up their account, completing captcha, and following the confirmation email and login steps at their end.
However, even though they complete the join process, they only ever show as ‘invited’, and never move on to be in my confirmation task so they can gain access.
One I sent the reinvite too and at the end of the process she got the message: this user has already been invited.
The other we tried completely deleting her from the organization and reinviting, but she gets the message ‘that email address has already been used’.
Anyone else had this problem? It’s not much of a security tool if a number of staff can not be added, or email addresses can’t be reused if staff changes.
