Does BitWarden facilitate markup language for notes at all ?
I have recently migrated from 1PW , their UI was improving but functionality of the software is steadily becoming more glitchy as time proceeds. I feel bitwarden naturally is the successor nowadays.

Bitwarden secure notes do not support markup. There is a related feature Request thread here:

Yes Markdown for secure note and notes would be a game changer.
Current the character limit is an issue for longer notes, having something more robust for editing and storing notes would be amazing.
