I run a small MSP and sell Bitwarden through the partner program. Earlier this year Bitwarden made a change to no longer allow admins to see items within the organizations they manage. I understand that this should be the default posture for security reasons, but for the clients I’m working with this has proven to be an impediment to serving their needs and to them using Bitwarden. They want/need me to help manage their shared password collections. As such I need to be able to see and manage items in those collections. The only current way to do that I’ve found is to add my admin account as a user in their organization, which costs them another license. It seems it should at least be an option to add a provider account to collections for management without adding another license license. Is this possible? Am I missing something?
