I would like it if i had the control to deny autofill features for all of my users within my organization. This is opposed to setting that per user settings within the app (e.x. browser extension). If the feature is available to the user, it would make sense to give the admins of Bitwarden the ability to apply this to all users from one page.
Why?
Autofill makes it practical to use long, random and unique passwords for each site. Forcing users to type passwords is what causes poor but memorable choices like “Passw0rd!”.
Widespread use of autofill also helps prevent the passwords from your site from being inadvertently selected when on other sites.
@DenBesten Well, if it were that simple, then probably this function would not even exist.
PS: But, @VCNYBIT adding some examples of why this would be needed for “enterprise” would strengthen the case.
Do you currently have an Enterprise-level subscription, or are you looking for a workaround to enforce these restrictions on a lower-tier plan?
