Thought something like this could be a good addition to Bitwarden and increase security of Sends. Here are some use cases to better explain:
As a Bitwarden user creating a new Send, I would like to be able to only make the Send accessible to specific people by specificying that only certain email addresses can access the Send.
As a receiver of a new Send, upon clicking the Send link, I will need to enter my email and verify that I own that email email using some sort of MFA (one time code to email, etc.). Only then will I be able to access the send
