Lost access to Authenticator app and the recovery codes

Hi all. Have a good day. I lost access to my Authenticator app and my recovery codes. However I still can use the Bitwarden app on my iPhone. Is there any way I can login to my vault?

Did you have another recovery method?

If you still have access to your vault on your phone and know your master password I would highly recommend taking an unencrypted export of your vault ASAP
I recommend a .json file as this gives more than just the .csv
