Login problem on mobile (iOS) devices / browser extension

Hi Community,
just new here, using bitwarden password manager.
Created a new account, login via Edge/Chrome → no problem.
Trying the same on iOS devices (iphone/ipad Pro)) or via edge extension → wrong passwort??
Where is the error?

@JB32 Hi!

Are you sure, you are trying to login on your iOS and/or browser extension device on the server region your account was created in (US = .com vs. EU = .eu)? Those are not interchangeable.

I don´t know how to change the region in the app, there´s no field or pulldown to choose between?
I also thought, that this could be a possibility for behavior, but when I choose the app from apple store or browser extension (both version 2024.7.1), there´s only one app available (I hope the EU version).

@JB32 No no, with the Bitwarden mobile app, you can login to both server regions.

Then I can´t login, always the same message: “username or password incorrect, try again”.
I´m absolutly sure, having the correct login-name and password (unencrypted view).
Doing the same one minute later on the egde browser login (there, eu-login can be seen), it works fine.

Solved it for the browser extension, there, you can choose the login location and switch from .com to .eu !!!

You can do that with the mobile app as well - go on searching for it! :wink:

Solved it also for mobile login, there´s a really very small hint for the change from .com to .us !!

anche il ho lo stesso problema da mobile e non sono riuscito ancora ad accedere dopo aver inserito i dati correttamente.

Have you already tried to log in using both the bitwarden.eu server and the bitwarden.com server? Is your account self-hosted, by any chance?
