Login issues - chrome related

Having a bit of a problem logging on today. I am getting the error: ‘an error has occurred. Username or password is incorrect. try again.’

The app on my phone works with the same password, the chrome extension works with the same password and I have been able to login with edge - so I don’t think I’m getting my password or username wrong.

Any ideas?

The most obvious one would be, did you check if you select the right US/EU cloud for login? If you registered you account on one, it wouldn’t work on the other.
