If i try to log in to Help & Support from my Vault I don’t get logged in. Instead, I get returned to log in page for My vault

There is no “Help & Support” login, so I don’t know where you are trying to log in.
However, if you click on the “Get in Touch” link below, you should see a web page that contains a web form on the left, which is titled “Contact Our Support Team” and has a submit button that is labeled Contact Support.
To request support, fill in the information requested on the form (Name, Email, Subject, and Message), and then click the Contact Support button.
