I’m locked out from my organization. Our billing cycle ended yesterday, automatic sync is enabled for three years but this time it didn’t automatically update billing.
Since I can’t access any organization related menus, I can’t manually upload the license file. I also tried the api, and the button on /admin, but nothing works, the licence date doesn’t update to 2026
Support is being useless, telling me over and over to upload the licence on the organization menu that I can’ access.
I see there was an update on bitwarden servers today, could it be the reason?
