Livechat on the site for administration purposes

My english is not very good and sometimes it takes a long time to get or give an answer.
Then they close the ticket too quickly

Are you talking about contacting Bitwarden or something else?

Thanks for the feedback @AlexNL - we are always happy to help in whatever manner possible. Just so you know, if you reply to the ticket email, it will re-open it with the previous context and it helps the CS team have a better understanding (provided you’re replying/asking about the same issue).
