Apologies, as a user can’t fix this issue i didn’t think “User-to-User support” was appropriate, and I put it into a category where i thought developers would see it.
No worries. Feature Requests can be voted on by users to indicate what features people would like to see built into the product. Any support type of query is categorised as User-to User Support, though I completely understand what you’re saying - when I started using this forum, I was a bit confused by the “User-to-User” part of it. Often, other users will be able to answer questions. If not, there are BW staff on here who can answer or escalate as appropriate.
