This crap right here. Generating passwords is aggravating when half the banking websites LIMIT THE LENGTH because their databases are run on Windows Vista or some crap.
UGH. I would LOVE to able to limit the character count.
This limit makes passphrases a poor choice. When generating for that site, your better option is to switch the generator to password, where you control the length.
@jackharvest Welcome to the forum! For websites with such restrictive password length limitations, you should change the password generator settings to generate a Password instead of a Passphrase, in which case you do have the option to specify the number of characters:
