LastPass Secure Note too long to export - still an error after deleting from Lastpass

Ok, I read the past posts, but here is my dilemma: even after I deleted the offending Secure Note from LastPass, logged out of both, logged in and downloaded a new CSV file, it still says the same note is too long, even though it no longer exists.

Is it possible that your lastpass.csv export contained duplicates (whihc is a common problem), and that you then manually deleted only one of the copies of the long secure note?

Thank you. It turns out my Lastpass csv file had repeated data more than once! Once I edited the csv file, it worked!
