LastPass migration - form fills import - how?

I have just set up Bitwarden and imported the main export data from my Lastpass vault
The instructions say how to export form fill data to a csv, BUT when I try to import this to BitWarden it fails?

What am I missing?

You might, like me, not have any formfill data to import.
When I try to import it says

Data is not formatted correctly. Please check your import file and try again

If you open your exported CSV, check to see if there is any data in there. Mine was completely blank, which means it’s not a feature of lastpass that you used.
