Can I create my own Plugins for Bitwarden Self-Hosted?

I want to add the ability to change the default home page after the user has logged in.

I also want to integrate Twilio and Amazon SES so that I can send links directly from the web app.

Is there a way to add my own logo to the Bitwarden Self-Hosted home page?

Modify bit warden to provide my own licensing for self hosting and then create a modified version of the official bitwarden / api called bitbetter/api MyPascoConnect and a You’ll also want to edit the /path/to/bwdata/scipts/run.sh file.
