iPhone app show empty vault, while website and browser add-on works fine

Hello… my Mom’s iPhone is having problems loading her vault. I have helped her sign into the app on her phone and the vault says that it’s empty. There are no errors or issues with the sign-in process. It shows that she is signed-in correctly.

However, when I go to bitwarden’s website and log into her vault, her logins are there. We have the bitwarden add-on installed on her browser and it shows her logins just fine.

I have tried to pull down the list on the app to get it to refresh or reload her vault, but I can’t seem to find a feature to do that.

Logout and then back in. That refreshes the vault. If that does not do it, uninstall and then reinstall.
