Please post a screenshot the Dashboard of your Admin Portal, which displays your server version.
Also, please let us know what operating system is used for both your server and your client apps, as well as the version of the mobile app that you are using (e.g., are you using the general release or the beta release, and what version number?).
Finally, you seem to be stating that purpose of your post is for feedback only, implying that you are not seeking any assistance with this issue. If this is not the correct translation of your second post, then please clarify. In case you were attempting to file a bug report, those should be submitted on GitHub, and generally require more detailed information than what you’ve provided here.
I see from your first screenshot that you are self-hosting using Vaultwarden, not Bitwarden Server.
Vaultwarden is not a Bitwarden product, so there are naturally going to be compatibility issues between the Vaultwarden server and the official Bitwarden client apps from time to time.
