iOS app not getting vault updates

someone prove i’m not going mad here.

i have a login saved in bitwarden.
it shows up when searching for the item name at vault.bitwarden.com
i shows up when searching for the item name using the chrome/edge bitwarden extension
search for the same item in the iOS app and it doesn’t find it (v2025.11.0 2763)

i do a pull down to force refresh the vault - no luck

i check the number of items in various folders, the iOS app is reporting content way different from the online vault

so it appears the iOS app is not pulling down changes from the vault, even though the “last sync” date is showing 06/12/2025 @ 17:43

is the iOS just broken or is there a brute force way to get it to update the vault?

Perhaps uninstall and reinstall the app.

@chenks Before you do anything else, make an export on both the iOS app and in vault.bitwarden.com, just in case.
