IOS App choses wrong login

Greetings all!

I’ve tried searching for this already, but I’ve not had any luck. Not sure if my search terms aren’t good enough, or what…

Anyway, I’ve been using Bitwarden on my iphone and ipad for years but this problem just now popped up. When I try to log in to something, in this case, Facebook, where I have multiple logins, again in this case, my own and my moms… Bitwarden is now using my mom’s as the default that it tries to fill in.

It used to use mine, but now I have to click the key icon on the popup, then it’ll show me a list of all matching logins, and I can select my login, which is now listed second, after my mom’s.

This is annoying to say the least.

The only thing that I changed was that I made a new password for Facebook. I’ve done that before, however, without any issue.

Googling reveals that there should be a way I can set my mom’s login info to not autofill, but I can’t find that option anywhere.

Any ideas?

Thanks…

@Akinius Welcome to the forum!

Typically, the default is for Bitwarden to autofill the credentials that were most recently used.

You can set the “URI Match Detection” option to “Never” for the URI fields stored in the vault item with your mom’s credentials. I don’t have personal experience with the UI of the iOS app, but typically, you would need to Edit the vault item in question, then click the :gear: icon next to the URI, which will make available the selection for URI Match Detection settings.
