iOS app "An error has occured" latest version

After my iPhone 11 on iOS 17.6.1 upgraded the official Bitwarden app to version 2024.8.1 on Saturday 7 September 2024 I can no longer sign in to my self-hosted server.

This is the error …

… does anyone else have this issue?

I can confirm that the self-hosted server is running fine along with both Firefox and Chrome Bitwarden Plug-ins.

However, this does mean I cannot log in to some of my apps on my phone, so a speedy fix would be appreciated!

@plittlefield Since you are using Vaultwarden, I guess you have to ask there…

But I would try to update your Vaultwarden server. It seems to be on February (2024.2.0)… last time I checked we have September. :wink:

I have fixed it.

I checked I had the latest version of Vaultwarden server (which is last month - Releases · dani-garcia/vaultwarden · GitHub), then deleted the app from my phone and turned off the phone. I then restarted the phone, reinstalled the app and logged back in to my Vaultwarden self-hosted server fine.

Problem, solved… in the classic IT way :laughing:
