Has anyone had issues with logging into the vault using Chrome on an iPad that only has iOS 15?

Since you tagged the post with “browser”: are you talking about the Bitwarden browser extension (for Chrome then?) or the Bitwarden mobile app (which as far as I know should be the way to go on iPhones and iPads)?
I have the chrome app on my iPad and had assumed I needed the browse extension (as I have on my PC) for Bitwarden to work? I went through the app to get the extension added but when using chrome, “nothing happens”
