Wishing to have this feature in the long run since I am not familiar with the docker thingy or anything not applicable to cPanel
I don’t think you should want to run an secure bitwarden instance on an shared cPanel server in the first place. Next thing what will happen is that people run it in the same user-space as their outdated Wordpress website.
Instead of running it on cPanel, why not just buy Premium instead? 
Because I have my own server and I would like to keep it privately on my own.
