Install browser extension

Is there a way to install the browser extension globally with a GPO or other software deployment tool?

I guess that would more depend on the browser you are looking to install on.
I believe many also allow for some type of “corporate management”

Right now we are primarily using Chrome. Some users are using Edge and we are in talks about switching globally to Edge. We are also using the on prem hosted bitwarden solution, in case that makes any difference.
