I am experiencing a persistent conflict between the Bitwarden inline auto-fill menu and the browser extension icon.
The Issue: When navigating to a login page, the Bitwarden icon appears correctly within the username/password fields. However, clicking that inline icon results in a “No items to show” message.
Conversely, the Bitwarden extension icon in the browser toolbar shows a notification badge (number) indicating that it has found a matching login. When I click the toolbar extension, the correct login item is visible and functions perfectly when clicked to auto-fill.
Steps Taken:

Verified the URI match settings (currently set to default).

Confirmed that the vault is unlocked.

The issue persists even when the extension identifies the exact URL match in the toolbar.
