Improve usability for TFA keys

I use Yubikeys where ever I can and I find Bitwarden’s support of TFA keys to be frustrating. The following would be my wish list:

• Allow more than 5 keys (either no limit or doubling the allowance to 10)
• Allow naming keys (this is possible for webauthn keys but not OTP keys)
• Allow removing individual keys (this is possible for OTP keys but not webauthn keys).

I’m pretty sure you can remove individual WebAuthn keys.

You can remove individual WebAuthn keys by clicking Manage for the WebAuthn provider, and then clciking the Remove link next to the key that you want to remove:
