Import passwords from Chrome does not work

I am attempting to import my passwords from Chrome. I have successfully exported the file, and followed the steps for importing via the Bitwarden desktop app. The app says it has imported 330+ items, but they do not appear in my vault.

What else can I try?

OK, maybe I spoke a little too soon. Looking at my web vault, they items did import, however, they still aren’t showing up in my desktop app vault, and when I select “Sync vault”, I get an error message pop-up telling me sync failed.

What could be causing this?

I’ve seen some sporadic reports of sync failures recently.

Try logging out of the desktop app, and logging back in.
