Import from ID protection

Hi,

I’m trying to import from ID protection .fsk file. However getting error: e is undefined. I tried to generate new fsk file in ID protection but getting same error.

Any help for this?

Hi @Code and welcome to the community

Is this error coming up when selecting the `F-Secure KEY (fsk)-importer, selecting the file and hitting import? Any more information shown or visible on the developer console?

The export format might have changed, but I currently don’t have a file at hand to verify that.

Hi @djsmith85,

Yes, error is coming just like you described. There is no any other information.

Also wondering changed file format since F-Secure Key is updated to ID protection.

Hi - I am having the same issue.

When using the web vault I get exactly the same error as described above, following the described steps.

When using the desktop app (on macOS), the import error message states the following:

Resolve the errors below and try again.

Name Description

      Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')*

Anyone can help with this?
