just moving from Lastpass to Bitwarden. I could import the authenticator keys into the vault but they don’t show up in my Android app. Is there a way to sync them or do I need to copy them manually?

Just for starters: you do have the Bitwarden premium subscription? Because that is needed for using TOTP codes function.
Yes I have premium and I can see one TOTP that I made with the Android app. In my vault (website) I can see the other tokens as well but they do not come over to the android app.

You can manually sync. In the mobile app, go to Settings → Others?! (I don’t know at the moment what is shown in English there) … anyway, there should be a function to manually sync (BTW it should work also, when you go downwards with your finger on your display, when you are in the mobile app)
If that doesn’t work, I would log out and log back in again.
PS: Ah and I forgot: one should also sync the “source” app (where you added the seed codes) - in your case not necessary I guess, because you can see them in the web vault which even can’t be synced manually I guess…).
I already tried the manual sync. Did not work.
Logging out and back in did the trick though.
