If a user decides to only use 2FA in the Bitwarden Authenticator app, the user should be allowed to disable 2FA in the Bitwarden Password manager. So, like in reports, inactive two-step login can be removed and the Authenticator Key field will be removed from a new login while this setting is set to disabled.
