If I delete my current Vault can I open a new vault without paying again?

I would like to delete my current Vault and start a new one. Can I do this without paying again? Only had the account sbout a month or so.

I think that’s also the procedure they follow when migrating between the EU and US clouds. New vault, user migrates manually, then Bitwarden transfers the subscription.
