I created a new account and immediately paid to make it premium. I then set up my password and immediately forgot it. I realize my vault is now inaccessible but that is okay. How do I start again and retain my premium account. I don’t mind even buying another premium account but I do want to retain my email as my account id. Any suggestions?
Not necessarily with Bitwarden but probably most of us have been in 1 or more similar situations.
See the good thing about this: It happened while the vault still was empty and you definitely now will make sure to store your master password in a safe place, won’t you ?
