Identity / credit card data fill-in rarely works

I´m using the bitwarden firefox extension. Somehow it nearly never seems to fill in identity/address/credit card data for me. Anybody has an idea why this rarely works? Was using Roboform before and never had any issues with that.

What method(s) are you using to auto-fill this type of information?

If the issue is only happening when you open the browser extension pop-up window and click on a card or identity item in the Tab view of the extension pop-up (but all other auto-fill methods work), then I would suggest that you comment in the thread linked below, which describes a recently discovered bug:

On the other hand, if you also cannot auto-fill any identity or credit card information by opening the iterm details and clicking the Auto-fill button, or by right-clicking in your web form and selecting Bitwarden > Auto-fill Identity > or Bitwarden > Auto-fill Card >, then there might be something else going on with your system.

If so, please provide more information about your situation.

You are right. It´s the same issue as in the thread you linked. Will comment there.
