How to update Bitwarden that runs in Docker on a Synology

I am trying to do a self-host on Synology too and I saw that the bitwarden.server was deprecated and has been changed to vaultwarden.server

Hey Paul, You may instead be thinking of Bitwarden_RS (aka written in Rust) which is the previous name of the Vaultwarden project. https://hub.docker.com/r/bitwardenrs/server The project was renamed due in part to prevent any user confusion between the two and further separate the offical release from the unofficial 3rd party rewrite. As you can see the image in docker hub is not the same name but instead bitwardenrs and released from the bitwardenrs developer and not the Official Bitwarden …

In short, the Bitwarden server image was NOT deprecated. Instead however a 3rd party project which is not affiliated with Bitwarden previously known as Bitwarden_RS was deprecated shortly after the project rename to Vaultwarden.

Bitwarden still provides both their standard install method, and their new Bitwarden Unified install which is currently still in beta.
