Currently there is not any easy way to do this with the Families plan (on a side note though it sounds as though you are on the older 2019 Families plan).
If you’d like there is an open feature request available that you can feel free to vote for that would allow for Family plans to purchase licenses for extra seats in the Family Organization, and allow for the use case where we need 7 family members
