How to disable interecepting of real physial key?

I have Yubikey for 2FA. How to disable Bitwarded to intercept reading the key? I don’t want to use Bitwarded for my 2FA I want to use my Yubikey.

I never had an issue until I installed Bitwarden on Brave browser now Bitwarden saves the code. I want to disable this feature.

In the Brave browser extension, go to Settings > Options, and disable “Ask to save and use passkeys”.
