How the collection passwords are saved/encrypted?

Hello all

Could anyone help to me to understand the next topic? According to the doc the private user passwords are saved using MasterPassword of the user. But what about logins (and passwords) saved in Organizations/Collections which are available to different users simultenously? As I understand these ones can’t be save encrypted by MasterPassword of the user who added them because otherwise they won’t be available for other users. Are these passwords encrypted?
Or I musunderstand the logic of Organizations and Collections at Bitwarden?

Sorry if this is wel-known question but I haven’t found this info.
