A few times I’ve moved one of my personal items into a collection and told the user of the collection to access it. Even after a few minutes, it doesn’t show in the collection for them. When they check much later on, it does.
Are there any documented expectations on how quickly/frequently a user’s vault syncs?

The collections sync every 30 minutes or so automatically.

Thank you! That’s exactly the documentation I was looking for! I see the instructions for manually syncing the mobile client are Settings > Sync > Sync Vault Now.
Does doing that manually sync in this type of organization vault change too?
