Help - Changed Iterations and can not log back in?

They keep backup data only for a week, and it is used only for disaster recovery (source).

 

The best you can do is to restore your Chrome backup and unlock the browser extension will disconnected from the internet (as you did previously to create your exports). Then you’d have to manually examine each of your vault items — if the password has been changed in Bitwarden, there will be a “Password History” link shown at the bottom of the item.

For the future, I would suggest adapting my preferred backup method for use with the CLI (backing up the %AppData%\Bitwarden CLI folder). Then, you would be able to restore your backup while off-line, and use one of the CLI-based methods to sort vault items by modification date.
