Having an exact answer from Bitwarden for an unsolved problem

How can we have an exact answer from Bitwarden concerning the problem : “An error occured” , when trying to log in with my Apple devices. I have that problem since about a week.

Ok I’ve just found that the problem is my VPN. I have to put it off
