Using the latest versions of Edge, Firefox, and Bitwarden apps on Android
Everything works fine on Edge. On Firefox, for example at Reddit.com, the inline auto fill doesn’t work. Long pressing (right-click) to auto fill doesn’t show the auto fill option. Auto fill from quick tile seems to work, but doesn’t actually fill in any fields, but does put the TOTP in the clipboard.

I’m fairly sure that the use of browser extensions is not supported on Android, if that’s what you’re trying to do.
Firefox on Android does support extensions/add-ons.

Bitwarden app is what I’m using.
Technically, every Bitwarden app is called “app” - desktop app, browser extension (“app”), mobile app, web vault / web app, … so, it remains unclear what “Bitwarden app” means…
