Fresh install - unable to login nor create new user

Hi guys,

I have fresh install of self-hosted bitwarden following the exact steps found Install and Deploy - Linux | Bitwarden Help Center. All went great I gor the sever and the app up and running with no issues, however I’m unable to login nor I’m able to create a new user.

I found that some people link this to incorrect SMPT settings so I have configured postfix as SMPT updated the variables and restart the bitwarden. Still the same issue:

Not sure what to do next. I’m new to Bitwarden. Any hints on how to troubleshoot further would be appreciated…
