Feature name

MSP/PROVIDER : readonly billing/subscription tab until the organization is managed by a provider.

Feature function

The benefit will be for the MSP. That prevent an user can change subscription without authorization by the MSP and change the credit card information.
Once the organization isn’t managed (optout) by a MSP these tabs could be in read/write mode.
