Would really appreciate the ability to adjust the font sizes, they’re currently too small to just Glimpse at.
I agree, the font needs to be bigger, especially the displayed codes.
Most people will put their phone somewhere on the table before typing the codes into their computer, thus the phone won’t be close to the eyes.

Giving this topic some love. I notice there are two UX requests open: font size, and account names truncated at 15 characters. I’ll keep this comment to font size only, but a re-working of OTP code font size would help solve the truncation issue.
Most authenticator apps display entries like this, stacked, with each item on a separate line:
Account name goes here (font size 1x)
User name goes here (size 0.5x)
TOTP code here (font size 3x, preferably in a different color)
My guess is that the UX choice in BW Authenticator was made to minimize the vertical height of each entry, allowing you to fit as many entries as possible on the screen without scrolling. But on a narrow screen, it really steps on usability.
