On many if not most sites, Firefox extension is not filling in the login fields in Ubuntu 22.04. I get this message (see image). This did not happen in 24.04. Any suggestions?

Hello @dsgii999 and welcome to the community!
A few people have mentioned that upgrading to the 2024.8.2 extension fixed the issue for them. Otherwise, people have reported temporary fixes including turning the extension off and on, reinstalling, or reinstalling with getting rid of the old extension directory.

Spoke too soon – it stopped working again, doesn’t fill. I have to copy/paste login/password on every site.
same for me. it worked a couple of days ago. i have just updated my browser, maybe that broke it.
