Firefox extension pop-up hides on Ctrl/Alt/Super keypresses

I like copying and pasting with Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V (e.g., something from my terminal, a URL, or something else into a note in the Bitwarden extension).

I also have two keyboard layouts (languages), which I switch with Super-Space (the default on Ubuntu), or alternatively with Alt-Shift.

Whenever I am in the middle of editing something in the Firefox Bitwarden extension and I press Ctrl, Alt, or Super (or click anywhere else), the pop-up disappears and I need to click it again.

Is there a setting I can toggle in the extension or in Firefox to change this behavior and keep the pop-up open until I manually close it?
