I’ve been using Bitwarden for almost a year with minimal issues but within the last couple of months my submissions page on the cgccomics (.) com website doesn’t load correctly. With the extension enable my login works normally but at the next screen the grid for my submission won’t load and none of the links work. When I disable Bitwarden the page loads fine. I searched the community and found some tips like “Turn off ask to save passwords” which I assume is in the Firefox settings. That is off. Below are 2 screenshots, the first with Bitwarden disabled (the page loads) and the second with BitWarden disabled (page doesn’t load). This seems to be the only page I have trouble with.
Here’s what I found. Its been mentioned d before but really spelled out well so I’m adding some screen shots to help explain it. Open the BitWarden extension then click on the Setting icon (the gear). Navigate to Notifications.
The rest is in the next post since I can only add 1 screenshot per post.
Next uncheck the box for “Ask to Save and Use Passkeys”.
Once I did this all my browser pages looked correct and any grids appeared again.
